PALM SPRINGS MODERN HOMES - Project Representation & Communications Strategy
Palm Springs Modern Homes (PSMH) selected Kay Hazen and Company to support efforts to permit a residential project located in a sensitive hillside area. The proposal coincided with a review of the city’s hillside ordinance placing new development standards and limits on development in the area.
The firm worked with PSMH to develop a public affairs program designed to solicit and incorporate early input and address issues and concerns prior to public hearings. Outreach and communication included message development and fact sheets, Q and A, neighborhood meetings, site tours, briefings, project model and video simulations.
